Do we outsource or off-shore any of our work?
We do not outsource any aspect of the work we undertake for our clients. And all our work is carried out in the UK including all coding and development work.
While off-shoring can appear to reduce costs, in our experience, it provides a lower quality service that leads to more back-and-forth that just drives costs back up again!
By keeping our work UK based we remain competitive, because the quality of our developers and designers means work is done more quickly, to a higher standard and is much more likely to be right first time.
Is there a monthly subscription to the Victa recruitment website platform?
Yes, this reflects our investment in developing and maintaining the Victa platform as well as ongoing innovations (such as AI enhancement) and new features.
This high quality engineered platform is what enables us to offer you such low build and set-up costs for your custom designed website. The subscription also includes, hosting, security, and technical support as well as an allowance of hours each month for assistance with any content changes you might wish to make.
Subscription starts from £250 per month depending upon the platform features you choose and the corresponding likely technical support requirements.
How much does a Victa website cost?
This depends very much on the extent of custom design you require which affects both design and development costs.
Our prices are very competitive in the marketplace and we want to discuss your brief. Please just ask and we can provide a detailed quote for you very quickly. Typically, an "entry level" Victa website would cost from £3000.
We do not provide a "templated" pre-designed website solution as that is not our business focus. However, if this is what you require we can recommend a partner business who can provide this.
Do we offer flexible payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible packages to suit your budget and the way you prefer to manage your outgoings. These include:
- Pay on invoice: design and build costs spread over 2 or 3 payments, plus ongoing monthly subscription fee
- Bespoke payment plan: pay for your design and build costs over an agreed period plus the monthly subscription fee. Then, once the customisation costs are paid, this reduces to just the monthly subscription fee.
- Hybrid of the above two options. For example, pay 50% customisation on invoice, with 50% included in a bespoke payment plan.
We're always happy to be flexible and find the right plan that's fair to both parties. Please just ask for more details.
Do we provide integrations with CRMs, multiposters and other technology platforms?
Yes, we can provide integrations with any third party that provides an open API and shares our proactive approach to integrations. Our aim is to meet your preferred tech-stack requirements as quickly and easily as possible. We've integrated with many different providers over the years.

Our team has huge experience designing and building successful, sales-focused websites for recruitment and staffing businesses of all sizes, in many sectors, and all around the world - from regional recruiters to highly specialist, international and global businesses.

Is Victa an independently owned business or part of a bigger group?
We are an independent and privately owned business - and have no plans to change this. This means you are dealing with the owners of the business, so we can be nimble and flexible for you. We are not constrained in our decision-making.
You also don't have to worry about us selling the business and suddenly finding yourself with a different provider who may want to change the platform, renegotiate your deal, or even give notice causing disruption to your business.
